BGR Project Development Sp z o o are very pleased to offer for sale the residential & commercial accommodation in our new building, designed for the prominent corner of Lipowa and Serpnia. CONTEXT

LIPOWA 43 occupies a prominent corner location in a mature residential area of Lodz Centrum, equidistant from the urban centres at Manufaktura and Piotrkowska. Within the immediate vicinity are the tram lines located on Al. Kosciuszki and Zeromskiego, the market square plac Barlickiego and the major new ongoing development of the new town centre, Nowe Centrum, with the main railway station of Lodz Fabryczna.

PROJECT PROGRAM

The project is scheduled to start on site at the second quarter of 2016, with the construction contract duration expected to be 14 months. Project Management of the building contract will be provided by MVT Multiinvestment SA, based in Lodz, up to completion and full commissioning of the building.

The building contract period is to 14 months with 2 months on completion to commission the building.

All Directors of BGR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT have a solid background in creative activity, Brian Bracken has over 20 years experience in company project management at a senior level in IT,  mobile telecoms and engineering related companies in Ireland & UK. Denis Gilbert has 28 years practice as a registered Architect in the UK and Ireland, 23 of these as Principle of Gilbert Architects. Our Administrative Director, Anna Ziolkowska, based in Warsaw, has a strong background in the property business, is a licenced property manager and studying to achieve Valuer accreditation.

This project reflects our aspiration to participate in the innovative reconstruction of the urban fabric of the city of Lodz. The historic and civic significance of this prominent Polish city and in particular the ambitious ongoing infrastructure achievements of Lodz City Council have stimulated our efforts to aspire to complement the high standards set elsewhere throughout the city.
