BGR Project Development Sp z o o are very pleased to offer for sale the residential & commercial accommodation in our new building, designed for the prominent corner of Lipowa and Serpnia. All Directors of BGR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT have a solid background in creative activity, Brian Bracken has over 20 years experience in company project management at a senior level in IT,  mobile telecoms and engineering related companies in Ireland & UK. Denis Gilbert has 28 years practice as a registered Architect in the UK and Ireland, 23 of these as Principle of Gilbert Architects. Our Administrative Director, Anna Ziolkowska, based in Warsaw, has a strong background in the property business, is a licenced property manager and studying to achieve Valuer accreditation.

This project reflects our aspiration to participate in the innovative reconstruction of the urban fabric of the city of Lodz. The historic and civic significance of this prominent Polish city and in particular the ambitious ongoing infrastructure achievements of Lodz City Council have stimulated our efforts to aspire to complement the high standards set elsewhere throughout the city.
